Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Grand Marquie. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Venue Rental Agreement
- Minimum Rental Duration: All event bookings require a minimum rental period of four (4) hours.
- Weekend Availability:
- Friday: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM to 3:00 AM
- Sunday: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
- Insurance and Security: Insurance and security services are not included in the venue rental fees. Clients are responsible for securing and providing proof of all necessary permits, insurance, and security arrangements prior to the event date.
2. Booking and Payments
Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of signing the agreement.
Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days before the event.
- Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via Cash, Credit Cards, or Zelle. .
3. Cancellations and Refunds
- Client Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 7 business days prior to the event date.
- Venue Cancellations: In the unlikely event that Grand Marquie must cancel your booking, all payments made will be refunded in full.
4. Use of Facilities
- Compliance: Clients and their guests must comply with all local laws and venue policies during the event.
- Damages: Clients are responsible for any damages to the property caused by themselves or their guests during the event.
- Decorations and Setup: All decorations must be approved by Grand Marquie management. Setup and teardown times must be coordinated in advance.
5. Limitation of Liability
Grand Marquie is not responsible for any personal injuries, theft, or loss of personal property during events. Clients are encouraged to obtain appropriate insurance coverage for their events.
6. Amendments
Grand Marquie reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
